Here's how to clear or change your location in ITVX:

All TV platforms except NOW and Roku

1. Open the ITVX app.
2. Select 'Settings' from the menu on the left hand side.
3. Select 'Location'.
4. Select 'Update location'.

NOW and Roku

1. Navigate to the Home menu, and Scroll down to locate the ITVX app.
2. Move the remote cursor to the app to highlight it.
3. Press the * key on your remote control.
4. Select [Remove channel] from the options shown on the screen.
5. Now you can re-add the ITVX channel.
