On our website
1. Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner of the ITVX homepage.
2. Enter the email address registered to your account.
3. Check your inbox for an email from us containing a numeric code.
4. Enter that code on the ITVX website to complete your sign-in.
Prefer to use your password? If you are having trouble receiving the code, clicking 'Resend passcode' twice will give you the option to sign in using your password instead.
On an iOS or Android mobile device
Head to the My ITV section of the app and tap Sign in. Enter the email address and password you chose when registering for an account.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
On a Connected TV device
The quickest way to sign in is by pairing your TV with another device:
1. Open the ITVX app, go to Settings, and select Sign in.
2. Scan the QR code on your screen using your phone's camera OR go to itv.com/pair on another device and enter the on-screen code.
