When you need to reset your password, for your security we send an email to you with instructions on how to do that.
If you’ve requested that email but haven’t received it in your inbox, here are a few suggestions:
Junk/spam folder
Check your junk or spam folder. Our email might be in there.
More than one email address?
Make sure you're looking in the inbox of the email address you asked us to send the email to.
Requesting again?
Please wait at least 10 minutes before requesting another password reset email. Sometimes our email can take a bit longer to reach you.
Refresh/re-open your mailbox
Try refreshing or closing the mail app and opening it again so it updates with the latest mail.
Try searching your mailbox
The email will be sent from ITVX@account.itv.com with the subject line 'Reset your password'
Check you're receiving mail
If your account storage capacity is full, the email won't come through.
