I no longer own my Freely TV. How do I unlink my ITVX account?

To sign out of your ITVX account on a Freely TV, please contact our Customer Services team who will do this for you.

Here’s how:

Email us at itvxhelp@itv.com
In the subject field write “Freely ITVX account unlinking”.
Include the email address you use to sign into your ITVX account on your Freely TV.
Add the line “I hereby request that the ITVX account registered to this email address be unlinked from Freely devices.”
One of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you’re selling your Freely TV, we recommend you sign out of your ITVX account before you part with it. This will also let the new owner of your Freely TV sign into their ITVX account on it.

Please note the above only applies to Freely devices and therefore does not work as a remote sign-out for all devices you are logged into ITVX on.
