You might need to allow a different account holder to sign into ITVX on your Freely TV. For example, if there’s more than one ITVX account holder in your household.
If so, please contact our Customer Services team who will do this for you.
Here’s how:
- Email us at itvxhelp@itv.com
- In the subject field write “Freely ITVX account unlinking”.
- Include the email address you use to sign into your ITVX account on your Freely TV.
- Add the line “I hereby request that the ITVX account registered to this email address be unlinked from Freely devices.”
- One of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
