How is ITVX regulated?

Modified on Tue, 7 Oct at 12:06 PM

ITVX’s video-on-demand (VOD) services are regulated by Ofcom (the independent regulator for the UK communications industries) and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in relation to advertising content.

There are various ways you can get in touch with Ofcom. The Ofcom complaints page for video on demand services is here: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/tv-radio-and-on-demand/how-to-report-a-complaint/complain-about-a-video-on-demand-service

Alternatively,  Ofcom's general contact page is here: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/about-ofcom/contact-us.

You can contact the ASA by post at Advertising Standards Authority, Castle House, 37-45 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4LS. Alternatively, you can call them on 0207 492 2222.  Further information about the ASA can be found at www.asa.org.uk.
