If you’re having issues with errors ITV-1S-101, ITV-1X-101, ITV-1T-101, ITV-1M-101, ITV-1V-101 or ITV-1A-101 on ITVX, it means you’re not able to stream on demand content or live ITV channels.
Why am I getting this error?
One reason for getting this error is because ITVX has detected that you’re outside the UK. Our broadcast and content agreements mean that ITVX can only be streamed while you are in the UK. So if you’re trying to watch outside the UK, you won’t be able to use ITVX.
Another reason could be that you’re in the UK but using a VPN.
How to fix errors ITV-1S-101, ITV-1X-101, ITV-1T-101, ITV-1M-101, ITV-1V-101 and ITV-1A-101
If you’re abroad then you won’t be able to watch ITVX until you get back to the UK.
If you’re currently in the UK but using a VPN, you’ll need to turn off the VPN to watch ITVX.
You can enjoy on demand content from ITVX while you’re abroad if you download what you want to watch before you leave the UK. Please note that you’ll need to have an ITVX Premium subscription to be able to download shows.
