How do I update my payment details?

Subscribed via our website

If you subscribed via our website and are paying ITV for your subscription, here's what to do:

  1. Go to itv.com and make sure you're signed in on your ITVX account.
  2. Click the profile icon at the top of the page and go to the 'Manage Account' section - you'll be asked to confirm your email and password.
  3. Under 'Your plan', click the 'Change' link next to the payment method.
  4. Then enter your new card details and click 'Save new card'.
  5. Once you've saved your new card you'll be sent an email confirming the change.


If you subscribed via Roku

1. Log into your Roku acount on your mobile or browser (you won't be able to do this on your TV).

2. Go to the 'My account' section and select 'Update' under payment method.


Subscribed via Apple

If you subscribed via the iTunes store, you'll need to contact Apple to change your payment details. You can find out how to manage your Apple payments here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/billing


Subscribed via Amazon or Amazon Prime Video

If you subscribed via your Amazon Fire TV / Fire TV stick or to the ITV Catch-up Amazon Prime Channel add-on you'll need to update your card details on Amazon’s systems. Subscribed via Google Play
