How do I request a refund for my subscription payment?

If you feel you have a valid reason as to why we should refund your ITVX Premium subscription, pop your query in a web form via the link at the bottom of this page. Include details of your query and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

We only manage subscription payments made via our website, you should first check how you are subscribed via this article: I have a question about my payment, who do I contact?

If you cancel partway through your subscription, partial refunds are not available. You'll continue to get the benefits of ITVX Premium until the date your subscription expires. Once your subscription has expired, you will see the regular adverts again.
