Subscribed via ITV Website
If you subscribed on our website (www.itv.com) then you will be billed directly by ITV. You’ll receive receipts via email from us either monthly or annually (depending on your subscription) when your subscription is automatically renewed.
Submit a support ticket by filling in the necessary details and we'll get on it!
Subscribed via Apple
If you subscribed via your iPad or iPhone through the Apple iTunes Store, you'll be billed by Apple for your subscription. Monthly and annual subscribers will auto-renew.

Subscribed via Amazon or Amazon Prime
If you subscribed via the ITVX app on your Amazon FireTV device, you will be billed by Amazon for your subscription. You should also receive an email receipt from Amazon when your subscription renews, monthly or annually depending on what payment cycle you chose to go for.
If you subscribed to the ITV Catch-up channel add-on via Amazon Prime Video you will be billed by Amazon for your subscription. Renewal reminders are sent out for semi-annual and annual customers only.

Subscribed via Google Play
If you subscribed within the ITVX app via your Android device, you will be billed by Google Pay for your subscription. You should also receive an email receipt from Google Play when your subscription renews, monthly or annually depending on what payment cycle you chose to go for.
