On TV

1. Open ITVX and choose your main profile.
2. In the left hand menu, choose ‘Settings’.
3. On the Location tab, choose ‘Update location’.
4. Enter your full postcode and choose ‘Continue’.

On browser

1. Open ITVX and choose your main profile.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. 
3. From the menu, choose ‘Manage account’.
4. In 'Your details', click on ‘Edit details’.
5. Type your correct postcode into the ‘Postcode’ box.
6. Click on ‘Save changes’ to finish.

On mobile

1. Open ITVX and choose your main profile.
2. Select your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select the 'Settings' icon in the top right corner of the screen.
4. From the menu, choose 'Location'.
5. Select 'Change Postcode'.
6. Type your correct postcode into the ‘Postcode’ box.
7. Select 'Continue' to save the postcode.

I tried typing in my postcode but it wasn’t accepted

If you’re getting an error when you try to put in your postcode, please check and make sure your postcode is correct.
