If you're experiencing issues like slow performance, trouble loading pages, or login problems on the ITVX website, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often resolve the issue.
Below are instructions for the browsers we support.
Google Chrome
Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Delete browsing data…
Use the time range drop-down menu and choose All time.
Ensure Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are both ticked.
Click the Delete data button.
Restart Chrome and try ITVX again.
Mozilla Firefox
Click the three horizontal lines (≡) in the top-right corner.
Click History and then select Clear Recent History....
Use the time range drop-down menu and choose Everything.
Ensure Cookies and site data and Temporary cached files and pages are both ticked.
Click the Clear button.
Restart Firefox and try ITVX again.
Microsoft Edge (Windows)
Click the three horizontal dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.
Select Delete browsing data.
Use the time range drop-down menu and choose All time.
Ensure Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are both ticked.
Click the Clear now button.
Restart Edge and try ITVX again.
Safari (Mac)
Click Safari in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
Select Clear History…
Use the time range drop-down menu and choose All History.
Click the Clear History button.
Restart Safari and try ITVX again.
