NowTV and Roku Updates

From November 26, updates to the ITVX app will result in it working only on Roku and NOW sticks/boxes with a minimum firmware of v15.1.

While the steps may vary depending on what device you are using you can try the following:

Roku

1. Press Homehome button on your Roku remote on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Software update
5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

NowTV

1. Start by pressing your NOW remote control buttons in this order:
2. Home x5
3. Fast Forward x3
4. Rewind x2
5. Select the Update Software option that appears on the next screen. 
6. Press OK, even if you already have the latest version.
