If you’re looking for the ITVX Help area, it’s over here.
What is happening and why?
At ITV Hub, we’re making some changes to our app. We’re upgrading our technology to offer more content and better picture quality, and improve our overall app experience.
A significant part of this involves updating our content protection to keep all our shows copyright-safe. Unfortunately this technology is not supported by some device models and will no longer be compatible after the end of September 2022.
You can continue to use ITV Hub on your device for now, but after this time the ITV Hub app will no longer be updated or available on some devices.
I still want to use ITV Hub. What can I do?
For the best viewing experience available, we recommend that you head to another device so you can enjoy your favourite shows on ITV Hub issue-free. Here’s how: ITV Hub is available to browse and watch on multiple other platforms such as mobile, tablet, desktop, connected TV and games console.
To access on mobile or tablet, please download the ITV Hub app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
To access on desktop, visit www.itv.com
We recommend using the latest version of any of the following browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge.
